Invite a Friend Campaign

In short: Recommend Digiturk Play to a friend. When your friend buys a Sports or Family package through the link in their invitation email, you and your friend each get +1 month free. There's no limit on how many friends you can invite.

How does it work?

  1. Enter your friend's email address in the invitation form below. Double-check it before sending, because the invite goes straight to that address.
  2. Once the eligibility check is done, you'll get a confirmation email. Your friend receives an invitation email with a personal link.
  3. Your friend clicks that link and buys either the Sports or the Family package.
  4. As soon as the payment goes through, +1 month is added to both of your memberships, in the package type each of you uses.

Who can take part?

  • The person inviting: any member with an active Digiturk Play package.
  • The person invited: someone new to the platform, or a user who hasn't bought any package in the last 6 months.

The more friends who join, the more free months you collect. Five friends, five months.

How many times can I use the campaign?

There's no limit. For every friend you invite who buys a package, another month is added to your current package.

Which packages are included?

Your friend just needs to buy either the Sports or the Family package. The free month is added to each of you in the package type you are using.

When and how is the free month added?

Automatically, the moment your friend completes the payment. You don't need to do anything. The extra month is added to the end date of both your current packages, so when your package runs out, you keep watching for another month without interruption.

My friend was a member before. Can I still invite them?

Yes, as long as they don't have an active membership right now and haven't used a package in the last 6 months. Having an email address already registered in the system is not a problem. If they have an active membership or used a package in the last 6 months, the campaign won't apply.

What if my friend buys from the homepage without clicking the link?

Then the purchase can't be matched to your invitation and no free month is added. To link the two of you, the payment has to be made through the personal link in the invitation email. Purchases made through other channels don't count, so it's worth reminding your friend.

What happens to my free month if my friend cancels?

If your friend cancels within the 14-day legal withdrawal period after buying the package, or requests a payment refund (chargeback), the +1 month gift is automatically removed by the system.
