Digiturk Play "Refer a Friend" Campaign Participation Terms and Conditions

The following conditions must be met for Digiturk Play members to benefit from the "Refer a Friend" campaign and earn a +1 Month Gift Usage Period:

1. General Participation Requirements

• Referring User: To benefit from the campaign, the person sending the invitation must have an active package (authorized to view broadcasts) on Digiturk Play.
• Referred User: To be considered a "New Member" under this campaign:
o The referred person must not have an e-mail address previously registered in the Digiturk Play system.
o OR their membership must not have been active for the last 6 (six) months.

2. Package Purchase and Reference Process

• For the campaign reward to be valid, the purchase must be completed via the special campaign link provided in the invitation e-mail.
• Gift time will not be defined for package purchases made through other channels, directly via the homepage, or through other websites.

3. Payment and Duration Earned Conditions

The gift duration earned under the campaign is processed based on the preferred payment method as follows:
 • Credit Card or PayPal: If payment is made via credit card or PayPal, the campaign participation right is granted, and the gift duration is defined.
• Wire Transfer or EFT: If payment is made via Wire Transfer/EFT, the campaign participation right is granted and the gift duration is defined once the relevant amount reaches and is approved in the Digiturk Play Net bank accounts.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If the referred user requests a cancellation within the 14-day legal right of withdrawal period after purchasing the package, or initiates a "chargeback" through their payment provider:
o The +1 month gift durations defined for both the referring and the referred user will be canceled.

5. Gift Definition and Usage

• Earning Limit: There is no limit on the number of invitations a referring user can send.
• Reward: For every successful and valid new membership, the referring user earns an additional +1 month.
• Definition: When all campaign conditions are met, the gift durations are automatically added to the current package expiration dates of both users (referring and referred).

6. Rights Reserved

• Digiturk Play reserves the right to make changes to the campaign conditions and to terminate the campaign.
• In the event that malicious use or abuse is detected, the earned rights may be revoked.
