1. What is Digiturk Play?
Digiturk Play is a service provided by Digiturk to those who want to watch Digiturk broadcasts online, especially from countries outside Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.  With Digiturk Play, you can watch Turkey's most popular channels and broadcasts of Trendyol Super League and Trendyol 1st League matches without a satellite dish. You can also pause the live broadcast and rewind 12 hours and watch the broadcasts. In addition to live broadcasts, you can watch your favorite TV series and movies anytime and anywhere with the Watch Replay and Watch Select services on Digiturk Play.
2. How do I become a member?
After choosing the package you want to buy, you can easily become a member by entering your information in the membership form that appears. You can watch all the content within the scope of the package you will purchase from the web, mobile, tablet or via Smart TV, Apple TV, Amazon Fire Stick. 3. What should I do to watch the broadcasts?
You must purchase a package to watch Digiturk Play broadcasts. After purchasing a package, our activation team will define your package. Once your package is defined, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided on the membership form, informing you that your package has been defined. If you have previously purchased a package with an e-mail address registered to Digiturk Play, you can log in and watch the broadcasts with the password you used in that e-mail address. If you have registered for the first time and do not know your password, you can send your new password request via the whatsapp icon in the lower left corner of the screen. Our support teams will help you with your membership password.
4. Where can I buy Digiturk Play packages?

5. How to Cancel Membership
Your package will be automatically canceled at the end of the period. In addition, you do not need to make a request regarding the package cancellation process.
6. From which countries can I watch Digiturk Play broadcasts?
You can watch Digiturk Play broadcasts from all countries with an internet connection. You cannot watch broadcasts from only Türkiye and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus on the website. You can watch broadcasts from all other countries. During your stay in Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, you can watch broadcasts on your smart phone, tablet, Smart TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Amazon Fire Stick.
7. How can I renew my Digiturk Play package?
We will contact you by e-mail and phone when your package expires. If you want to do the package renewal yourself, you can renew your package at www.digiturkplay.net.
8. I am not satisfied with the package I received. How can I cancel my package?
You can cancel the package within 14 days after receiving your package. You can send it to [email protected]  by writing your e-mail address you used for membership, your reason for cancellation and your phone number. We will contact you and confirm the cancellations. Within a few days after this process, the package fee will be refunded to your credit card account.
9. How can I get help with publishing and membership?
If you send any of your requests to [email protected] , we will contact you and help you as soon as possible.
10. What is the Family Package, which channels does it cover?
Family Package is the basic package you need to watch Digiturk Play broadcasts. Covers channels (national, news, children's and life-themed) other than beIN SPORTS channels. You can view the current channel list at www.digiturkplay.net/channels
11. What is the Sports Package, which channels does it cover?
The Sports Package is the addition of beIN SPORTS and sports channels to the Family Package. Sports Package members can watch all SPORTS content as well as live beIN SPORTS channels. You can review the current channel list of the Sports Package on the subscription page.
12. I cannot make purchases with my credit card.
Please contact your bank for insufficient limit, invalid card or other possible problems with your credit card. If you have problems paying with your credit card, you can make your purchase via Money Order / EFT as an alternative payment method.
13. What should be the internet speed in order to watch the broadcasts in high quality?
It is recommended to have broadband internet service and a minimum connection of 1Mbit/s or higher in order to watch the broadcasts in high quality. With adaptive streaming technology used on the web or mobile devices, your internet speed is min. with 2mb, you can watch Digiturk Play broadcasts in the best quality and in an uninterrupted way. Web or mobile devices also detect the changes in instant internet usage and work at the most appropriate resolution to transmit the broadcast without interruption by adapting to the internet speed that can be used at that time.
14. I'm having image stuttering and mosaicing issues. What should I do?
First of all, the modem must be turned off and on. If you are using a wireless modem, it should be tried by connecting the box with a cable. If there is no problem when it is checked over a wired connection, it is because the wireless connection does not work properly from your current location.

If you are experiencing this problem with a wired connection, the equipment on the connection should be checked. It should first be checked using a different ethernet cable. Wired connection is controlled by PC or other devices.

If there is internet usage on different devices, when there is a problem, the internet connection on these devices is checked by turning them off.

You should check if you have the same problem by watching content from Youtube. If you are having problems with Digiturk Play while you are not having problems on Youtube, and if the content you are having problems with is clear, you can inform the Customer Service about the content that has problems. Customer representatives will inform the technical team about the content of the problem and ensure that it is resolved.
15. No Live Broadcasts on Smart TV. What should I do ?
In our Smart TV application, Live Broadcasts are at the bottom of the menu on the left in some TV models. If you see Live Broadcasts on the menu but cannot play, you should turn off your internet connection via your modem and turn it on again. After your modem is turned on, turn your television off and on and check your connections.

If you have changed your DNS settings or if you are using a VPN application, disable these applications. Try again after disabling them.
16. I am having Internet Connection Problem.
Digiturk Play aims to provide quality and uninterrupted broadcasting to all its members on the internet. In this context, it uses globally recognised security standards and services for the security of its broadcasts and members.

Some of our members have problems accessing Digiturk Play services due to the fact that the IP addresses allocated to them by the internet service providers they receive service from are included in the blocked lists (global blacklist).

For this reason, our members who have access problems should contact the service provider from which they have received internet access service for the solution of the problem.
The relevant Internet Service providers, on the other hand, should take the necessary actions to remove the ip addresses in question from these lists, since the ip addresses they allocate to their users are blocked from access within the scope of the following rules.
Service providers should also separate the IP address blocks they allocate to their users from their services such as server hosting, hosting, VPN.
17. I'm Having a Freeze/Delayed Broadcast Issue
First of all, you should make sure that there are no other devices connected to the network where the device is located, that there is no file download/upload or a different broadcast is happening. In such cases, it should be remembered that if the connection speed is not at a sufficient level, there may be problems. Such programs or ongoing processes should be stopped and live broadcast should be opened again.

Low-equipped or outdated software, high number of applications open on the browser or computer may cause image hang due to the load on RAM and CPU. To confirm whether your computer has sufficient hardware, you can try whether you can watch the content on another site without any problems. If your problem still persists after all the checks, you can try closing all your open programs and restarting your computer.
18. Why is there no GS TV in Digiturk Play International Packages?
With the decision taken by the Galatasaray management, GS TV broadcasting via satellite has been terminated as of 01 January 2024. Since Digiturk Play receives all channel broadcasts from Digiturk satellite channels, it cannot include GS TV in its channel list.
