To benefit from the “Digiturk Play Invite a Friend” campaign, the inviting person must have an active package, and the invited person must be a new member of the platform or not have purchased any package in the last 6 months. Please ensure the email addresses you enter in the invitation form are correct. You will receive an email notification after the eligibility checks are completed.

The campaign conditions are met when the invited person purchases either the Sports or Family packages via the link in the invitation email sent to them.

As soon as the purchase is complete, both the inviting and invited users will have an additional +1 MONTH GIFT added to their existing memberships, in the package type they are using. The more friends you invite and register, the more +1 months you will earn!

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How many times can I benefit from the campaign? There is no limit. For every friend you invite and who activates their membership, you will continue to earn an additional +1 month of bonus time on your existing package.

2. What happens to my bonus time if my friend cancels their membership? If the person you invited cancels the package or requests a chargeback within the 14-day legal withdrawal period after purchasing the package, the defined +1 month bonus time will be automatically canceled by the system.

3. Can we earn bonus time if my friend has already registered? If your friend has a registered email address but their membership has not been active for the last 6 months, you can benefit from the campaign. However, if they have an active membership or have used a package within the last 6 months, the campaign will not be valid.

4. When will my bonus time become active? As soon as your friend completes the package purchase through the special link sent to them, the +1 month period will be automatically added to the end of both your and your friend's current packages.

5. What happens if my friend buys the package directly from the main page without clicking the link? For the system to match you, the purchase must be made through the referral link sent to you. Purchases made through other channels are not considered within the scope of the campaign.

6. What happens to my gifted +1 month period after my current package ends? The gifted +1 month period starts from the end date of your current package. Thus, your streaming enjoyment will be extended for another month without interruption.
