1. What Should I Do If Live Broadcasts Are Not Working on My Smart TV?
If live broadcasts are not appearing on your Smart TV, try these steps:
- First, look in the left-side menu of the app — on some TV models, the Live Broadcasts section is at the bottom of the left panel
- If you can see the section but it won't play, disconnect your modem/router from the internet, wait 30 seconds, and reconnect. Then restart your TV
- If you have changed DNS settings or are using a VPN app, disable these and try again
